According to the Israeli army, their fighter planes have bombed four weapons and storage manufacturing sites in Gaza. The sites that were bombed belongs to the Palestinian militant.
The airstrikes were said to be in response to a violent demonstration on the perimeter fence that left an Israeli police officer critically injured.
The demonstration was organized by Gaza’s Hamas rulers, and it was aimed at drawing attention to the Israeli and Egyptian blockade of the Palestinian territory.
During the demonstration, Israeli soldiers were attacked with rocks and explosives.
