Abba Kyari, 46, a deputy commissioner in the Nigerian police, is wanted over allegations of links to fraudster Ramon Igbalode Abbas AKA Hushpuppi.
Kyari is currently under suspension by the Nigeria Police Commission because U.S officials instituted indictment proceedings against him for facilitating payments to Nigeria police personnel from fraudster Hushpuppi.
Kyari gained popularity because he investigates big criminal cases and often hangs out with top politicians and celebrities.
