A suicide bomber killed 13 U.S. soldiers and about 100 Afghan civilians at Kabul airport.

The incident took place as the U.S soldiers were evacuating Afghans who were fleeing the Taliban regime.

It has been reported that the attack marked the deadliest day for American forces in the country since 2011.

At the time of the attack, thousands of Afghan civilians were at the airport as they were desperately seeking safety after Taliban forces captured Afghanistan’s capital city, Kabul.

U.S President Joe Biden vowed to retaliate against the perpetrators of the so-called Kabul airport attack.

Investigations showed that ISIS was responsible for the terrorist activity. Hence Biden decided to bomb ISIS, but unfortunately, only one ISIS member died in Biden’s retaliation.
