A US navy nuclear engineer with access to military secrets was caught trying to pass information about the design of American nuclear-powered submarines to someone he thought was a representative of a foreign government.
However, it turned out that the so-called representative of a foreign government was an undercover FBI agent.
Jonathan Toebbe and his wife have been arrested and charged accordingly.
