Saudi Arabia bans 43 camels from beauty pageant contest – In the 40-day King Abdulaziz Camel Festival which is in its sixth year, breeders compete for more than $66 million in prize money.

The camel beauty contest is now drawing controversy after some 43 breeders were exposed for cheating and banned from the competition.

Some breeders inject their camels with Botox or other fillers, dye parts of their fur, and braid their tails, etc to make them look more attractive and win the beauty contest.
