The so-called Paris attacks trial was disrupted for a second consecutive day after the main suspect in the 2015 Islamist attack that killed 130 people in Paris defies the judge.

Salah Abdeslam, 31, who is the main defendant kept making political statements from the dock, prompting the judge to briefly suspend the hearing.

Judge Jean-Louis Peries repeatedly told the defendant that he was straying off the topic of the hearing, but he defied the judge, who was forced to eventually cut off his microphone.

The accused carried out gun and bomb attacks on bars, restaurants, the Bataclan concert hall, and the Stade de France stadium on the 13th of November 2015.
